Ready to Send in a Sample?

We look forward to working with you! Before you submit a sample, please review the process and considerations below to ensure your samples are packaged and shipped properly. Incorrectly packaged or shipped samples may result in spoilage or contamination.

Step 1: Contact Us First

Whether this is your first time submitting a sample to Barrow-Agee Laboratories, or you’ve already been sending samples to us for some time, we always recommend a quick call first. Each sample is different and requires certain packaging and shipping. Depending on the testing services you need, we may request certain refrigeration/cooling or an expedited shipping service. Please contact your client service representative or reach out to us here.

Expedited testing is available. Please contact us to learn more, or read our FAQ. Note that certain tests cannot be completed using expedited testing.

Step 2: Gather and Ship Your Samples

After you’ve spoken with a member of our team, you can begin to collect the recommended number of samples and package them accordingly. Please be sure to observe all packaging and shipping requests to ensure your samples arrive safely and in good condition. Please review our FAQ section on sample submission requirements, packaging, and shipping.

Step 3: Complete the Sample Submission Form

Step 4: Get Your Results

Once you’ve shipped your samples and we’ve received them, we will begin processing them within 5 hours of receipt (limited to business days unless other arrangements have been made). Most tests will be completed within five business days. Once completed, your results will be emailed to you as a PDF. Your results will also be available to you in your online results portal and dashboard. Additional methods of delivery are available as well.
