December 18, 2019 — Memphis, Tennessee — Barrow-Agee Laboratories, a Memphis, Tennessee-based laboratory testing services provider, is excited to announce the hiring of Tabitha Cotton as its new Customer Service Manager.
In this role, Tabitha will be responsible for customer service and the full customer experience with the lab and its organization. As Barrow-Agee introduces a new LIMS system in 2020, opportunities will increase to be more transparent and proactive with customer communications to better anticipate customer needs. Tabitha will work internally and externally to create processes to maximize customer satisfaction and deliver on the promise of test results on-time, every time.

Tabitha has prior experience working with customer service teams at Comcast, Walgreens and American Home Shield where she always looked for ways to improve internally to achieve high levels of service and outcomes for customers.
